READY-ACCESS® SUBSCRIPTION SET UP INFORMATION
Contact your global account manager to help you set up your Ready-Access® subscription.
If you are unsure who your global account manager is, contact us for more information, or follow the steps below. Please note, if you are a new customer please contact us to put you in touch with a global account manager who can help with setting up your subscription and answer any additional questions you may have.
To set up your subscription, you can call customer care on the following numbers:

You will be asked for the following information:
- Company Name
- Your first and last name
- Address
- Email Address (if you have one)
- Phone number
- Subscription Size (number of participants allowed on each conference)
- Billing information
The reservationist you are speaking with will usually give you your subscription information before you hang up the phone.
Once you receive your permanent subscription information, which includes: access number, 7-digit access code and chairperson passcode, you are ready to conference.
