Through the use of our Interactive Web Reservations system, customers have the ability to access our reservation database through the use of a secure user login ID and password. Once logged in, users have the ability to add, change or cancel a meeting through an online form that will prompt you through the necessary questions.

- Manage Your Meetings - With a few clicks, you can view meeting schedules or check site availability. Additionally, all meeting schedules are automatically adjusted to your local time zone.
- Scheduling is a Snap - Just point and click! Your reservation is sent to a Global Crossing videoconference coordinator for review. Meetings are then booked and confirmation notices sent out.
- Security - Confidentiality is not an issue. Password protection and data encryption ensure that only you have access.
- Global Crossing's Trained and Experienced Conferencing Staff - Global Crossing provides personal assistance for Web Reservations round the clock - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
