OVERVIEW
Global Crossing Mobile Station (GCMS) is a software application that emulates a physical multimedia terminal (also known as Softphone) that allows turning your PC (Personal Computer) or notebook into an advanced communications device thanks to the advantages provided by IP converged technology and flexibility given by use of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol).
GCMS provides traditional telephone's functionalities which combined with IP technology functionalities provide your company with an advanced communications device turning it into a state-of-the-art multimedia terminal, adding at the same time instant messaging, audioconference, webconferencing and videoconference capabilities in different modalities.
GCMS may be purchased both as an autonomous telephone line as well as an additional to several products such of our VoIP portfolio, giving to your business or organization all the advantages and benefits of unified communications.
