Virtual IP PBX provides functionalities of a traditional PBX (Private Branch Exchange) central plus IP Telephony advantages, without the associated costs of equipment procurement and maintenance, with the additional benefit of receiving all functionalities and support from a Global Crossing assembled and operated infrastructure.

Complexity and cost of technological obsolescence are no longer an issue.  Service updates are an integral part of the licensing model, included in the total service cost.  This cost is reflected in a simple, single, predictable and convenient agreement based on a fixed fee per active job on a monthly basis.
