Our state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC) is located in our New York City World Headquarters at the 1 Penn Plaza address. Our NOC is the heart of all network services, supporting all operational and engineering functions. From there, we can provide complete booking support, tech and field support, as well as 24/7 media services support – all with fully integrated Quality Assurance and Control for video and audio benchmarks.

Extensive network managing capabilities enable us to monitor and maintain the health of all network elements, including core backbone Layer 2/3 switches, network edge interfaces and MPEG compression equipment. We assure that content moves without IP flow errors, we respond to alarm and status information to any detected or reported issues, and we provide technical support for special and high profile event services.
