Global Crossing's Impsat Acquisition Complete, Integration Efforts Well Underway Including an Expanded Suite of Solutions Under a Unified Brand

On July 31st, Global Crossing introduced a new, expanded suite of solutions in Latin America. The expanded service portfolio under Global Crossing's brand is another step forward in the integration process following Global Crossing's acquisition of Impsat in May of 2007. The combined companies' nearly 100 products are now organized under eight targeted solution areas, ensuring a customer-centric alignment of the product offering.
